1.2 Our products are fulfilled via Printful, a print-on-demand service. Orders are processed and shipped from various fulfillment centers worldwide.
1.3 Our store is powered by Wix, an e-commerce platform that facilitates transactions.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1 By placing an order on our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
2.2 All prices listed on the Site are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Payment is processed securely through WIX (see info here) . We do not store your payment details.
2.4 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent transactions or pricing errors.
3. Print-on-Demand and Fulfillment
3.1 As a print-on-demand store, all products are made to order, meaning production and shipping times may be longer than traditional retail products.
3.2 Production times vary depending on the product and location but typically range from 2-7 business days before shipping.
3.3 Since items are custom-printed, we do not hold inventory, and all sales are final except as outlined in Section 5.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful from locations closest to the customer when possible. Delivery times depend on location and carrier services.
4.2 Estimated delivery times:

UK, USA and EU orders: 2-7 business days after production.

International Orders: 7-15 business days after production (varying due to customs & carrier speed).
4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
5.1 As all products are print-on-demand, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.
5.2 If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at notantifish@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
5.3 Refunds or replacements are only issued for:

Items damaged in transit.

Manufacturing defects (misprints, incorrect sizing, etc.).

5.4 Refunds are not granted for customer errors such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
